Our Methods

The Doubt Audit

To unlock the potential of collective Doubt we need to drop below the traditional fundamentals and ask:

  • Who gets to define the ‘why’ of an organisation, on what basis?

  • Who gets to set and interpret strategy and who ‘just has to deliver’?

  • Who gets to call for change?

  • Who gets to ask questions?

The Strategy Eclipse Model

The model discourages us from pursuing strategy as a means to eliminate all questions from the organisation.

Instead, we encourage the recognition of the ongoing existence of doubt – and the search of spaces for it to surface, be addressed and progressed. Thus, we are never quite blinded by the strength of our doubt, but nor are we living in the seduction that one day it will all go away. A partial eclipse is the best we can – and should – aim for!
